Products are manufactured or processed to customer's specification and released only if they meet those specifications. Evidence of inspections and conformance can be found on completed quality plans or job cards. We can use a job card for site work, quality plans for fabrication and / or more complex work. Quality plans / job cards accompany each customer order throughout all processes.

Where site or repair work is undertaken we control such work and ensure conformance is achieved.



We may assist in specifications and drawings if requested, but we respond only to our customer's approved specification and / or drawing. If we require design changes we will seek a replacement drawing / specification or a concession from the customer.



Coded welding is supplied with independent testing / verification as specified. Where contractually specified, tests will be applied to agreed percentages of other welds.



Where we work "on site" we ensure that documented procedures or work instructions are issued is necessary to relevant personnel to ensure the needs of the contract and of the quality system are met. Where traceability is contractually or otherwise required it will be provided.
